Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your artwork. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us using the form on our Contact page and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns
You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Custom or personalised prints (such as bespoke maps, text, or colour variations) are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and brief details of the issue – we may request a photo to help us resolve it quickly. In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different print or size, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
